After years of research and honing the art of charcuterie. And countless hours of planning and brainstorming – The Daily Cut was born. We, at The Daily Cut, want to bring to India, premium naturally handcrafted cold cuts with no compromise on quality & taste. Unlike factory-made processed food, we use only natural ingredients and 100% meat for our cold cuts and charcuterie.
Few in India even know what charcuterie is all about, while we at The Daily Cut are among the pioneers. One has only to check the labels on the store-brought or online stuff to know of the soy and other adulterants, besides chemical-based colours, flavours, additives, preservatives, emulsifiers, etc.
Innovation & Quality is what drives us and we are constantly working on new flavours of artisanal cold cuts. That’s what sets us apart from any other cold cut you’ll see off the rack. Our goal here is simple – “To add a bite of happiness on your plate!”
