What’s in it?
Chimichurri, an uncooked sauce that’s made with chopped fresh parsley, oregano, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, and cayenne chilly flakes.
We then give this salami, our own flavourful twist with capers .
What’s more ? This salami is completely chemical free. No nitrites or phosphates.
Since this is already cooked, it can be eaten as is – in a sandwich, as an accompaniment or in a salad.
