British Bangers! 😍 – Now before your wild imagination takes over, let us tell you 😌 – Bangers are the quintessential British (uncooked Pork) breakfast sausage and are famously prepared & eaten as the classic “Bangers & Mash”. The British started calling sausages bangers sometime during the World War 1 when there were meat shortages and sausages had a high water content , often causing them to burst with the ‘bang’ when cooked. 💥 (But don’t worry, ours won’t bang since we use 💯% meat with no fillers)
Flavoured with onions, garlic, fresh thyme, cracked black pepper and just the right amounts of parsley – we’ve kept the authentic flavour of this classic. 😊
