Our Pork Mortadella Salami – with a new and improved recipe. This mortadella is studded with Grade A pistachios, brined green peppercorns, brined olives and emulsified between cubes of pork fat. It’s flavoured with freshly ground spiced and condiments.

Mortadella originated in Bologna, the capital of Emilia-Romagna in Italy. Its history dates back to atleast 500 years, but may have origins to ancient Roman times. Nicknamed “la grassa” meaning fat.
